Indoor pool: daily from 7:00am to 7:30pm
Relaxation room "Bergwerkstollen": daily from 8:30am to 7:30pm
Sauna: daily from 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Fitness room: daily from 8:30am to 7:30pm
Beauty farm "KO-SPA-WELL": Tuesday to Saturday from 02:00am to 7:00pm
Outdoor pool: daily (from June - September) from 7:00am 9:00pm (We kindly ask the early swimmers to be respectful of sleeping guests.)

Spa - Sauna and SPA etiquette

BEFORE YOUR SPA TREATMENT
We recommend that you arrive at our KO-SPA-WELL at least 5 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to begin. This ensures an uncomplicated check-in and allows you to relax before your treatment. If you so arrive too late, we may have to shorten the duration of your treatment in order to perform the following treatments on schedule. If treatment time is reduced as a result of your late arrival, you have no right to claim a reduction in the price. If, as a result of a late arrival, it is no longer possible to carry out your treatment, the entire price of the treatment will be charged.

VALUABLES
Please leave your valuables in the safe in your hotel room. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF A SPA BOOKING
If you have to cancel or change your spa reservation, we kindly ask you to do so at least 12 hours in advance of the booked appointment so that we can avoid charging you for the treatment.SPA packages and group reservations can only be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment. No shows which are not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged for the complete treatment.

DRESS CODE AND VALUABLES
You may come to your treatment in the bathrobe that is available for your use in your room. If you need some slippers, we will be happy to give them to you at the reception desk. Please wear athletic clothing and sneakers in our fitness area and swimwear in the pool area. Disposable underwear can be made available to you for the duration of your treatment. Our masseurs are also very careful to respect your privacy during treatments.We recommend you leave all valuables in your roomas we are not liable for lost goods.

TIPS
Tips are not included in our prices. If you were satisfied with your spa or cosmetic treatment, you may leave your tip directly with the spa employee or note it on your guest confirmation slip. The tip will be automatically booked to your room number.

MEDICAL SPECIFICITIES
Please note that we only offer spa and wellbeing treatments and massages, not medical treatments. Please inform us or our masseurs of any relevant medical conditions.

VOUCHERS
We will be happy to put together a gift voucher for the spa treatments of your choice. You are also welcome to design an individual voucher on our homepage. If you would like to redeem a voucher, please give it to us when checking in at the reception desk. We will apply the voucher to the cost of your bill.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Smoking is not allowed in the entire spa area. Treatments on Sundays and holidays as well as appointments that do not fall within our opening hours are only possible by advance agreement and are subject to availability. Please note that the opening times of our KO-SPA-Well may vary around Christmas and New Year’s.

TEXTILE-FREE ZONE IN THE SAUNA AREA
Our sauna areais textile free. Please enter this room with a bathrobe only. Children under 14 are not allowed in the sauna area.

OPENING HOURS
Our KO-SPA-WELL is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 02:00am to 7:00pm.

SPA-ETIQUETTE
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to keep conversations to a minimum and speak quietly in all areas of the spa. It is not allowed to bring food or drinks into the spa area. Spring water is available to you. For security reasons, please use only plastic cups in the spa. We kindly ask early swimmers in the outdoor area to be considerate of other guests who may still be sleeping. Thank you.
